JEE Advanced exam conducted by IIT Madras. Candidates can appear in JEE Advanced two consecutive times. JEE Advanced is held in CBT mode and there are 2 papers in all. Each paper has 3 sections: Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Candidates have to attempt both papers 1 and 2 to be eligible for admission to the IITs. Computer Science Engineering at Assam University is one of the most opted domains by students. However, the placement records of BTech in Assam University are less compared to other state and central universities.

But having said that, Assam University BTech course and especially the CSE discipline is far better than other disciplines provided under the BTech course through Assam University.

While ADBU does not offer any scholarship that covers 100% of the total cost of tuition fees for B.Tech programmes, it does offer various scholarship schemes which can provide partial financial support to deserving students. Financial need scholarships are offered to economically disadvantaged students who demonstrate financial hardship.
