It is a chain of documents used to aid the implementation of a framework for IT Service Management (ITSM).

 

It is supported by a comprehensive qualifications scheme, accredited training organizations, and implementation and assessment tools. ITIL has been accepted worldwide by many users such as NASA, the UK National Health Service (NHS), HSBC bank and Disney.   • ITIL Expert- This level of certification can be achieved by accumulating credits through the first two levels of the Scheme. No examination is required for this level.
  • ITIL Master- This level leads to an ITSM professional certification.

 

Eligibility criteria:

 

Students who are willing to get trained and certified in this field should already have certified with ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and also Candidates who hold the Earlier ITIL (V2) Foundation plus Foundation Bridge or ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management.
