70,000 trained professionals required in networking sector

Computer has changed the way of working in all aspects. We are so much dependent of computer in present life that we can not think many works which can be performed well without its use. Presently, most of the office work is done by the computers and all IT offices are dependent on that. The web business is increasing day-by-day so does the requirement of the trained professional is also changing.

Many companies have their special department for IT and networking. Once you set up the infrastructure for your IT office you need more trained people to look after the set up and problems related to it. Networking is such a field in IT that it require trained professional to perform the jobs more efficiently. As the usage of computer is increasing in homes also so to cope up with the increasing demand and to look after the problems we need more professionals of the field.

Networking is such a where you require lots of expertise of the field. There are not so many people who are trained in networking. Analyzing the future situation it is fact that to grow in the sector we need more people who are technically sound in the sector.

Networking giant Cisco estimates that India is facing a shortage of 70,000 professionals in networking alone in India. As we are establishing more and more firms every day so we require huge workforce to cope up with the demand. Milind Gurjar, Director of Global Market Development and Training Delivery at Cisco, told "It is high time India trains more number of networking professionals to reap benefits.”

According to the professionals and experts of the field there is huge shortage of  professionals and the demand for trained workers is as high as almost one million. Gurjar said, “young networking professional aspirants should consider specialized courses after acquiring experience for a couple of years to tap the emerging opportunity. Cisco says, an increasing trend to outsource IT infrastructure management will only widen the shortfall in the months to come.”

Experts feel that is one of the fastest growing field and lots of professionals are required in this. Students and aspiring professional need to pay extra attention towards their goals. They need to specialize in the field rather than just being aware of the concepts and technicalities. In near future this field is going to be the hot cake of the industry. So to get the your share of cake you need to be fully prepared.
