A team from Amity Law School (affiliated to IP University) consisting of  Shaunak Kashyap and Jyotika Jain, fifth-year students and Tanya Uppal, a fourth-year student, has been adjudged the ‘Best International Team’ in the third International Infrastructure and Construction Law Arbitration Moot Competition, organised jointly by Kaden Boriss Legal LLP, National University of Singapore, Singapore International Arbitration Centre at National Law University, Delhi recently. International Infrastructure and Construction Law Arbitration Moot is an international level arbitration moot competition attempting to familiarise budding lawyers from around the world with arbitration as a system of resolution of commercial disputes arising out of the various infrastructure and construction projects around the world.
