2nd MAT scheduled on May 6
Attention management aspirants! All India Management Association (AIMA) is all set to conduct the second Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for the year 2012. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 6.
Your exam score can open the doors to prestigious management institutes in the country. Generally, MAT is conducted four times in a year - February, May, September and December. The validity of MAT score is for one year.
MAT scores help students secure admissions to various management programs such as Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Insurance Management, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and International Business; Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology & Management (PGDITM) in IT Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems Management, etc.
How to take the test?
The test offers two modes:

Eligibility
Should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year graduation students can also appear for the exam.
Pattern of the Exam:
The written test will have 5 sections; each section will carry 40 questions. The total number of questions will be 200.
