A heady mix in the management education space: Curriculum, Content and Technology
New Delhi, 31 May 2010: Pearson Education, the world's largest educational services company and Centum Learning, a Bharti associate company, providing integrated learning and development solutions announced a partnership in the area of content and curriculum development.
The partnership provides an integrated way forward in combining quality curriculum attached with world-class content and technology to develop top-of-the-line educational programmes. Centum Learning has commissioned Pearson to develop a post-graduate programme in management drawing upon its global educational expertise. The post-graduate programme will be unique as the curriculum will enlist world-class content along with a proprietary online tutoring and assessment solution from Pearson called MyLabs. 
The entire solution will help Centum Learning provide a rich and industry-relevant educational experience in management to students which will be comparable to the best global models. Centum Learning will commence the course in August 2010, for which the admissions are open now. The 2-year programme will branch out into and provide a choice of 7 specializations to students i.e. Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, International Management, Information Technology Management, Operations Management and Entrepreneurial Management.
The framework will be built through the extensive review and analysis by a team of leading national and international subject matter experts, editors and instructional designers. In keeping with international instructional methodologies the programme with build in diversity by keeping in mind the diverse backgrounds of students. Centum Learning will aim to deliver future-thinking, ethical and global-ready managers and entrepreneurs to the industry upon completion of this programme.
