ATMA February 2016 eligibility & test centers
Candidates willing to appear for ATMA Feb 2016 exam require to fulfill certain eligibility criteria laid down by AIMS. The national-level test, AIMS Test for Management Admission (ATMA) is conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) and is conducted four times a year.
The offline test will be conducted on February 28, 2016 and it is important for the aspirants to meet the eligibility criteria of the exam. Candidates are advised to read the list of eligibility criteria before filling in the application form. If they satisfy all the points laid down, only then should they continue with the application process.

Shiksha lists down ATMA 2016 eligibility criteria:
- Candidate applying for the exam should be a citizen of India.
- The appearing candidate should hold a Bachelorβs degree or should have qualified in an equivalent examination under 10+2+3 scheme (any stream- B.A., B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc.). It should be noted that only those candidates who have pursued a course from a University that is recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India are eligible for the exam.
- Candidates who are in their final year of examination are also eligible for the exam.
- Candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in graduation, or in the equivalent degree. This aggregate marks may however vary for different management institutes or Universities.
- Age no bar.
- Aspirants who have previously applied for ATMA exam, can also apply for the exam.
- ATMA exam does not require a work experience β both working and non-working candidates can apply for the exam.
Candidates must ensure that they fulfil all the parameters stated under ATMA eligibility criteria as failing to meet any one of those might lead to the rejection of application form. Furthermore, the application fee is also non-refundable.

When candidates fill in ATMA application form, they are asked to mark 5 institutes of their preference where they wish to get enrolled on the basis of the marks scored in ATMA exam. After the exam is conducted, the candidateβs ATMA scores are sent to those 5 management institutes which were previously chosen by the candidate. It is likely that those institutes will have their own eligibility criteria as a part for their selection procedure. These institutes judge the candidates on various other parameters apart from ATMA scores.
