The first wicket will go down in the month of February, and the second one will go most probably in the month of August or September. This exam has been announced by AICTE last year as part of an initiative to reduce the burden of multiple entrance exams.

However, the newly introduced CMAT will not be hopped on any institute but it is expected that by the next year it will be accepted by most of the institutes. The main motive is to take everyone aboard and it is believed that people will come aboard.
