Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, a well-known college in Indore will be conducting its Common Entrance test on June 6 2013, for admission to numerous UG and PG courses at the university.

Students passing the Common Entrance Test are eligible for the following courses:

Undergraduate Courses:

  • B.A Hons (Mass Communication
  • B.Com (Accounting and Tax Management)
  • B.A LL.B Hons (Duration 5 yrs)
  • M.C.A (Duration 6 yrs)
  • M.Tech IT (Duration 5ยฝ yrs)
  • B.Pharm (Duration 4 years)
  • MBA (Hospital Administration, Duration 5 yrs)

 

Post-Graduate Courses:

 

Group A

Group D

  • MBA (Financial Administration, Marketing Management, Tourism, HR, Advertising, PR, Business Economics, International Business, Financial Services, Hospital Administration, Media Management, e-Commerce, Disaster Management, Foreign Trade)
  • M.Com (Account and Financial Control/ Bank Mgt.)
  • Bachelor of Journalism/ M.A (Mass Communication)

LL.M Business Law

 

Eligibility for UG Courses:

  • Students appearing for the CET, should at least have 50% marks in 12th to be eligible and are required to submit their marksheet, a relaxation of 5% will be given to bonafide SC/ST students of MP.
  • Candidates awaiting their results can also appear for the exam, but are required to submit their marksheet by 14th August 2013.
  • The candidate should not be more than 22 years of age on 1st July 2013.

Exam Format:

For UG Courses

The papers will have objective type questions, having choices a, b, c, d and e each.

The response sheet should be carefully filled up by the candidate as instructed on the question

Group B:

The Test for Group B shall include 75 questions in all. The following sections will have 15 questions each:

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Data Interpretation
  • Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence
  • English Language Comprehension
  • General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-economic environment

 Group C:

The test for Group C shall include a total of 75 questions of which 15 questions will be from English and 20 questions each from Physics, Mathematics/Biology/Bio Technology and Chemistry.

For PG Courses:

The papers will have objective type questions, having choices a, b, c, d and e each.

The response sheet should be carefully filled up by the candidate as instructed on the questions.

Group A:

The Test for Group B shall include 75 questions in all. The following sections will have 15 questions each:

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Data Interpretation
  • Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence
  • English Language Comprehension
  • General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-economic environment

Group D:

The test for Group D shall include 75questions in all covering the all compulsory Law subjects prescribed by BCI (Bar Council of India) for the Undergraduate Courses.

Time: 02:00 Pm to 03:30 am. The reporting time is 1 pm.

 

Group D

June 6 , 2013

Time: 02:00 Pm to 03:30 am. The reporting time is 1 pm.
