Highest paying MBA specialisation in 2013: Advertising & Mass Communication rocks

As per our findings, MBA or PGDM in the following subjects are the highest paying specialisations in the current economy.
- MBA in Finance
- MBA in Marketing
- MBA in Human Resources
- MBA in Operations
- MBA in Advertising and Mass Communication

According to our research, MBA or PGDM in Advertising & Mass Communication is one of the highest paying specialisation in today’s market.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta emerges as the top institute for Advertising and Mass Communication specialisation, followed by IIM Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Bangalore. The highest average package earned after two to five years of experience is Rs 16 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
The data of top companies hiring MBA in Advertising and Mass Communication graduates is based on maximum recruitments (as reported by Naukri.com users). ICICI Bank takes the top slot in this regard.
It is interesting to note that though MBA in Advertising and Mass Communication fetches high salary packages but the number of recruitments are quite less when compared to Finance and Marketing.
