ISB to train business leaders in Pakistan
A new leap for Indo-Pak relations!
The Indian School of Business (ISB), India’s leading management school, has joined hands with Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. As a result, their first joint executive education programme, 'Leadership Skills for Top Management’ has been launched in Pakistan.
With the intent to impart world-class executive education programmes, the programme is tailor-made for CEOs, business heads and government officials in Pakistan, to polish their leadership skills. It has attracted participation from directors, CEOs and senior leaders from industries including banking and financial institutes, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, infrastructure development, power, MNCs, agri-business and also government officials., ISB and IBA have collaborated on April 13, 2012.
In India, ISB ‘Leadership skills for top management' (LSTM) is a big success and has been delivered to more than 1,000 senior leaders over the past 11 years. ISB is certain about the program’s success and is looking forward to groom dynamic business leaders and policy makers in Pakistan. This program aims to impart best global practices to professionals so as to make them efficient to lead the country in a better way.
Other upcoming programs under this partnership will be taught by ISBs network of faculty across the countries and it will enable them to share their views on various themes such as family business, entrepreneurship, business leadership, strategy and related areas.
With the launch of this program, ISB's Centre of Executive Education (CEE) has acquired the position of the largest executive education provider in Asia.
