Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardised national entrance test taken by aspirants seeking admission to MBA and allied programmes of the various participating institutes. It is conducted by the All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS). In the year 2003, Govt of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test.

AIMA-MAT is usually conducted four times a year, generally on the first Sunday of February, May, September and December.

The exam schedule for February is out. MAT paper-based exam will be held on February 2, 2014 while the MAT computer-based exam is scheduled for February 8, 2014 onwards.

Various national and international B-schools consider MAT scores as an admission criteria, which is based on the score cards issued to the candidates.

How to apply:

Candidates can choose any one of the following modes to apply:

Obtain Form with MAT Bulletin/CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA OR from AIMA, New Delhi.

OR

Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website link: http://apps.aima.in/matdec13 along with the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link

OR
