Over 50 top companies participate in LIBA’s placement process every year and hire the students offering handsome pay packages, starting from Rs 9 lakh per annum (average). The highest pay package offered is Rs 21 lakh per annum.

LIBA follows the simple dual-phase procedure of admission wherein the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in competitive exams (CAT and XAT) and invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI). Those who clear the GDPI round are granted admission.

The candidates will be judged upon their personality, attitude, communication skills, maturity, leadership quality and judgement, motivation and subject knowledge, in the GDPI round.
