MAH CET 2015 : Exam day checklist for candidates

Maharashtra common entrance test (MAH CET) 2015 for MBA/ MMS programme is scheduled for March 14 and 15, 2015. The exam will be conducted in online mode.

Shiksha.com has provided a list of important items required to carry to the exam centre to avoid any difficulty during the exam. Here are a few things that aspirants must consider before entering the examination centre:

1. Carry your hall ticket

Print your admit card well in advance. Admit cards can be generated by logging in to the official website. The exam centres will not entertain soft copies of admit cards. Do not forget to sign on the attendance sheet and admit card in the presence of the exam invigilator.

2. For rough work carry a pen

Since it is an online examination, you are required to carry a pen to do any rough work. Rough sheets will be provided by the exam centre.

3. No electronic items

Don’t carry mobile phones, calculator or any type of electronic equipment. Any such items are not allowed in the exam centre. Though, mobile phone are usually handed over to the centre during the time of exam, the centres do not take any responsibility for the same.

4. Carry a photo identity

Candidates need to carry a photocopy of ID proof to the centre. It is necessary to carry original as well as photocopy of the photo identity. You can carry can any of the below mentioned:

β€’ Voter ID card
β€’ Driving License
β€’ Passport
β€’ IT Pan Card

For other reserved candidates, it is mandatory to carry original as well submit their photocopy of category certificate. Candidates might be asked to dhow them whenever asked by the Invigilator.

5. Reach centre on time

It is clearly written in the instructions on the official website of the exam that candidates must reach the exam centre before half an hour of commencement of the test. So, make the required arrangements to reach the centre on time.

6. Keep cool

Start for the exam centre as early as possible. Keep 15 to 20 minutes in hand to relax before the exam begins. If you face any problem with the system provided, inform the invigilator about the same. All attempted answers will be saved.
