All India Management Association (AIMA) also known as the summit of management education in India conducts MAT or Management Aptitude Test for management aspirants. It will conduct Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2011 through the Computer based test and paper based test. The paper based test will be conducted on 4th December, 2011 (Sunday) from 10.00am-12.30pm, while the computer based test will take place on 10th December, 2011 itself. This exam is an ISO 9001:2000 certified by DNV with accreditation to RVA and Quality Council of India. This provides the students with opportunity to take admission in prestigious panel of colleges depending upon the scores.

This entrance is being conducted four times a year for admission to top management institutes. MAT is renowned and management institutes offer admission on the basis of their scored marks and ranks. After which the students will be called up by the colleges for a round of group discussion and Personal Interview. Admissions are made on the basis of a combined score of MAT written test, group discussion, and the interview.

MAT Entrance is of 2 hours 30 minutes duration and consists of 200 questions. The paper is divided into 5 sections viz. - Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning and Indian and Global Environment. Each of these sections has been given an equal weightage of 40 marks. It will not only take place across 67 cities in 22 States/ UT in India but it will also take place in Dubai and Singapore.

Eligibility:

The candidate who applies for this exam should be a graduate in any discipline and final year students of graduate courses can also apply.

All provisionally registered candidates both for Paper Based and Computer Based Test can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website link: www.aima-ind.org/mat_centre.aspx 7 days before the Paper Based test date i.e., with effect from 26 November 2011.
