Proposal for Establishing New Campus in Hyderabad Gets Green Signal from XLRI Board

E Abraham, XLRI Director and C L George, Dean (Administration & Finance) informed K Rosaiah, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister on September 21 about the decision of XLRI governing body to give green signal to Hyderabad plan. Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), the leading B-school based in Jamshedpur, has planned to set up its new campus in Hyderabad

Father N Casimir Raj S.J, the then XLRI Director, had said in one of the interviews, "We are planning to open one more campus in India which will be in Hyderabad. This will be a full-fledged campus built on approximately 35 acres of land."

Now that the project has got its approval, the upcoming Hyderabad campus will be the second campus of the Institute in India. Around 75 acres of land has been allotted at Jawahar Nagar in Hyderabad to the Institute to set up its new campus.
