Soon it’ll be time to hit the books. Your world will revolve around Quant, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Analysis. And before you know, it's time for the next CAT exam.

Yet, there’s always some time for fun and movies. How ‘bout, doubling your entertainment time with MBA preparation time?

Take a look at our seven must-watch movies for MBA aspirants. These movies will teach you about determination, focus, goals and entrepreneurship. Some will also give you a glimpse of what awaits you in the world of business once the MBA degree is in your hand.

1. Pursuit of Happyness

Based on a true story, the movie about a struggling salesman who takes custody of his son while beginning a new life-changing stock broking career.

Why is this a must-watch for MBA aspirants? 
Because the main protagonist Chris Gardner never gives up. Homeless and penniless with a little child in tow, Gardner is determined to win the internship. MBA aspirants can learn a lesson or two about determination, will power and hardwork.

2. Wall Street (1 & 2)

The first part (1987) is about a 'young stockbroker willing to do anything to get to the top, including trading on illegal inside information taken through a ruthless and greedy corporate raider who takes the youth under his wing.' The second part (2010) takes up the thread after eight years have passed.

Entrepreneurship, business ethics and good managerial outlook - these are three important topics that may come up during you personal interview rounds. The movie has a different perspective on the three topics.

7. Three Idiots

An iconic movie in Hindi cinema, Three Idiots portrays the story and struggles of three friends studying in the country's best engineering college.

Because it features Aamir Khan, Mr. Perfectionist!
