SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) Mumbai will soon open its admission process. Application forms for two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) 2015-17 will be available from mid - September 2014. Candidates can apply till November 30, 2014.
The entire application process will be online this year. The application process will have no offline option. All candidates will have two weeks to apply for the PGDM programme. Click here to know more. The registration fee is Rs 1200. During application stage, candidates will have to apply for two specialisations.
Candidates are shortlisted for group interviews in two phases:

I. Applicants are shortlisted and called for early interviews based on their profile where the following factors are considered:

  • Consistency of academic record
  • Relevance of work experience for the specialisation
  • Versatility & achievements

They are also expected to meet the qualifying criteria in at least one of the entrance exams as indicated below:

II. In second phase, candidates are shortlisted after the availability of entrance test scores. Applicants in this phase are called for interviews based on their profiles and performance in entrance tests. This interview call is thus a combination of profile and performance in the entrance tests.

Final Merit List
The final merit List is based on a composite score, which takes into account the candidate’s academic record, entrance test scores (CAT/XAT/GMAT), relevance of work experience(if any) and performance in the two rounds of group interviews. Final merit list is expected to be declared in March 2015.

Group Interview
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a Psychometric Test, Written Communication Test and a group interview. If shortlisted, candidates will be shortlisted for second group interview.
