SPJIMR Mumbai releases shortlist of profile-based candidates

SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, has released the first shortlist of profile-based candidates for 2014-16 PGDM batch. Click here to know your results. Shortlisted candidates will also be informed via mail by January 7. SP Jain declares two shortlists every year – one based on profile; while the other list is based on CAT score and profile.  “The score based shortlist will be declared in the week starting 20th January 2014,” further informed the website.

In the first list, candidates are shortlisted based on their profiles and called for an early interview. The profiles are scored and the candidates are sorted into two groups corresponding to two phases of interviews, informs the institute. Following factors are generally considered for interview:

• Consistency of academic record
• Versatility
• Achievements
• Relevance of work experience for the specialisation
• Adversities faced, if any
