XLRI to introduce case study on Anna Hazare Movement

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) has decided to pick up Anna Hazare's movement on anti-corruption as a case study for its management students. The movement has been quite a hit and XLRI will focus on various aspects of the movements, especially the leadership of Anna Hazare.

It might take three to four months to take this XLRI case study to the teaching leavel. What made Anna Hazare a favorite subject at XLRI is the meticulous strategy planning of the movement and thorought knowledge about the topics being discussed. According to the souces, XLRI management experts feel that agitation of Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare was in sharp contrast, in terms of leadership and strategy and are thus, classic examples for prospective business students.
