CA Foundation & Inter Registration 2025 Last Date Tomorrow; Apply for January Exams
Tomorrow is the last date to fill the CA Foundation and CA Inter exam form for January 2025, without late fee. Candidates who are eligible for January 2025 session can fill the CA exam form at the Self Service Portal (SSP) of the ICAI.

CA Foundation and CA Intermediate registration process for January 2025 exam will end tomorrow. Thereafter candidates will have to pay late fee to fill the exam form.
Registration process for CA Foundation and CA Intermediate exams January 2025 started on November 10 and the last date to apply without late fee is November 23, 2024. The form submission window will remain open till November 26, with late fee payment of INR 600. The form correction window will be opened from November 27 to November 29, 2024.
The CA Foundation exam form and CA Intermediate exam form are available at the Self Service Portal (SSP) of the ICAI. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for ICAI CA January 2025 exams can fill the online form.
CA students are advised to check their eligibility status and login validity at the Self Service Portal (SSP). If they do not have a valid login credentials or it is expired, they can create the same at https://eservices.icai.org/
Candidate whose course code in their ICAI CA dashboard is not as under are required to convert to new course before filling the January 2025 exam form.
- Intermediate: NEWINT23 or CONINT23
- Foundation: NEWFND23 or CONFND23
Process to convert to new course – CA Foundation and CA Inter:
- Login in to eservices account
- Go to Student Functions
- Student Module
- Course Registration
- Apply for Conversion Convert Old to New Course
Candidates must also check if they need to upload photo and signature can do the same on the SSP before filling up the CA exam form.

Students can fill the CA exam form for CA Foundation and CA Intermediate by following the process given below:
- Go to eservices.icai.org website
- Sign in with user ID and password
- Fill the CA form with relevant details
- Upload necessary documents in prescribed format
- Make fee payment via debit/credit card or net banking
- Download the duly filled CA Foundation exam form for future reference

Yes, candidates can fill the CA form partly before and complete it later but they must ensure to complete the form filling and submission process before the last date so that their application is accepted. The ICAI provides late fee submission facility to candidates for a week, however candidates should submit the form at the earliest, to avoid paying the late fee. Until the ICAI CA exam form is submitted and fee amount is paid, the form will remain incomplete. Thus, candidates must comply by the registration deadline to be eligible to appear for the exam.
