The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) will close CMA course registration today. As per the CMA admission cutoff dates, candidates must enrol by July 31 to appear for the December term exams. Those missing the deadline can still register but will not be eligible for the December exam. CMA registration for all courses is open year-round, with deadlines of January 31 for June term exams and July 31 for December exams. ICMAI may extend these deadlines.
Steps to Fill CMA Admission Form Online
Besides an offline admission process, CMA aspirants can fill the online admission form for enrolment to any of the three courses on offer by ICMAI. Refer to the space below for the process to fill and submit the CMA admission form online:
- Visit the official student website of CMA - icmai.in/studentswebsite/Student-index.php
- Click the ‘Online Admission tab’
- Choose the CMA course for which you wish to fill out the admission form
- Fill the application form followed by the admission fee payment

ICMAI CMA December 2024 Dates
ICMAI will conduct the CMA December 2024 exams from December 10 to 17. All CMA students will be able to fill the exam form until October 10 for Intermediate and Final courses. Candidates applying to appear for Foundation course exam must fill the exam form by October 15. CMA Foundation exam under December 2024 term will be conducted on December 15.

CMA exam form, also known as the exam application form, is the form to be filled by the CMA student to express interest to appear for the exam. Candidates filling the CMA exam form are marked eligible to take the exam in the specified session. No candidate is issued the CMA admit card without submission of the exam form. Only CMA students are eligible to fill and submit the exam form. The fee to be paid along with the CMA exam form varies based on the course level and centre chosen to appear for the exam.
Candidates aspiring to apear for CMA exam in December 2023 term must have enrol themselves to the CMA course before July 31. CMA admission forms date for exam to be conducted in December is extended to August 17. Once the candidates are enrolled to the CMA course, they need to fill and submit the CMA exam form for Foundation exam to be conducted under December 2023 term. Already enrolled students are also required to fill and submit the CMA Decvember 2023 exam form.
ICMAI releases the CMA exam form along with the exam dates. Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to complete the CMA exam registration for December 2023 exam term:
- Visit the official website of ICMAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India).
- Click on the "Students" tab and select "Examination".
- Click on the tab for "Online Exam Application Form" from the sidebar.
- Fill details in the CMA exam form for Foundation course followed by payment of exam fees.
- Submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
