ICAI CA Foundation & Inter (Jan 2025) Registration with Late Fee Starts Today
CA Foundation and CA Inter exam registration window with late fee opens today for January 2025 session. Candidates who missed the earlier deadline can fill the CA exam form at the Self Service Portal (SSP) of the ICAI by paying late fee of INR 600. Read details.
CA exam registration January 2025
CA Foundation and CA Intermediate January 2025 registration last date was November 23 without late fee. Now, candidates can fill up the form with late fee till November 26, 2024. The late fee amount is INR 600 and USD 10. The CA exam form correction process will start from November 27 to November 29, 2024, during which students will be able to edit test city, medium and group.
ICAI CA January 2025 exams will be held from January 12 to January 21. CA Foundation exam will be held from January 12 to January 18 and CA Inter exam will be held from January 11 to January 21, 2025.
The CA exam forms for Foundation and Inter courses are available at the Self Service Portal (SSP) of the ICAI. Before filling up the CA exam form, students are advised to check their eligibility status and login validity at the Self Service Portal (SSP). If they do not have a valid login credentials or it is expired, they can create the same at https://eservices.icai.org/
CA Exam Application Form Process 2025
The CA exam form can be filled at the official website only. Given below is the process to fill the CA Foundation and CA Inter forms for January 2025 session.
- Go to icai.orgwebsite
- Sign in with user ID and password
- Fill the CA form with relevant details
- Select course groups and test cities
- Upload necessary documents in prescribed format
- Make fee payment via debit/credit card or net banking

Yes, candidates can fill the CA form partly before and complete it later but they must ensure to complete the form filling and submission process before the last date so that their application is accepted. The ICAI provides late fee submission facility to candidates for a week, however candidates should submit the form at the earliest, to avoid paying the late fee. Until the ICAI CA exam form is submitted and fee amount is paid, the form will remain incomplete. Thus, candidates must comply by the registration deadline to be eligible to appear for the exam.
