ICAI CA Registration for Jan 2026 (without Late Fee) Ends Tomorrow

ICAI CA January 2026 registration last date
ICAI CA exam registrations for January 2026 session without late fee will close tomorrow. Application process started on November 3 at SSP portal. Students eligible for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate or CA Final exam to be held in January must submit the form by tomorrow. After that, they will have to pay late fee of INR 600. The CA exam registration window will late fee will remain open till November 19, 2025.
Form correction window will be opened from November 20 to November 22, during which students can edit their photo, test city, test group and medium of exam.
CA Foundation exam will be held on January 18, 20, 22 and 24, 2026. CA Inter exam will be held on January 6, 8 and 10, 2026 (Group 1) and January 12, 15 and 17, 2026 (Group 2). CA Final exam will be held on January 5, 7 and 9, 2026 (Group 1) and January 11, 13 and 16, 2026 (Group 2).
ICAI CA Exam Application Process January 2026
The process to fill CA Foundation, CA Inter and CA Final exams is same and can be filled in online mode only. Check here how to fill ICAI CA examination form:
- Visit ICAI eservices website
- Enter user ID and password
- Click on sign in
- Go to examination form of your course
- Enter relevant details
- Add photo and signature
- Pay fee and complete the process
CA Foundation students registering for the first time will have to create a login ID to access the application form. To register, they need to use the ‘first time user’ option given at the SSP portal homepage. They can create ICAI login by using their name, DOB, phone number, email ID, etc.
ICAI CA exam form are hosted at the official website of the conducting body. No other website is authorised to host the application form, admit card or result download link. Candidates who wish to register for the CA course in India must fill the registration for at icai.org website or icaiexam.icai.org website. These are the two official websites where they can not only register for the course but also find relevant information and study material related to CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final courses as well as other certifications. The fees for CA Intermediate/ Intermediate (IPC) (Old and New Schemes) is INR 1,500 for single group and INR 2,700 for both groups, to be paid at the time of form submission. Candidates must pay the fee before deadline of form submission to avoid penalty of late fee (INR 600). The fee is non-refundable. The fee payment is to be done through credit card, debit card or net banking. Unless the fee is paid, the course or exam application form will not be submitted. Candidate will receive acknowledgement in mail upon successful transaction.

Candidates have to pay INR 600 as late fee to submit the CA Final exam application form after the last date has passed. For candidates appearing for the exam at overseas centres, the late fee amount is USD 10. CA Final late fee window remains open for a limited period of time, which is around 3-4 days after the original deadline. Candidates who do not submit their form even during the late fee window, will not be allowed to submit it later.
