Today is the last date to apply for ICAI CA exam January 2026, without late fee. The application window will remain open till November 19, but students will have to pay late fee.

ICAI CA exam registrations without late fee will end today. After that, students will have to pay late fee of INR 600 for form submission. The CA exam application submission with late fee will be allowed till November 19, 2025. The registration process for CA January 2026 exam started on November 3, 2025 at the SSP portal of ICAI. Candidates who are eligible for January exam session can fill the examination form. They must check account validity first. In case, it has expired, they can renew it at SSP portal.

How to Register for ICAI CA Exam January 2026?
Students eligible for CA January 2026 exam can fill the application form at the SSP portal of ICAI. Check below how to register:
- Visit ICAI eservices website
- Enter user ID and password
- Click on sign in option
- Go to examination form of your course
- Enter details in relevant fields
- Upload a recent passport size photo and signature
- Pay fee via debit/credit card or net banking
CA Form correction dates are November 20 to November 22. Students will be allowed to edit test city, course group and medium of test during form correction window.
