Lovely Professional University (LPU) has introduced new BBA and BCom programs through its Mittal School of Business. The goal is to help students move beyond textbooks and get real, hands-on experience that matches what employers actually want.

Many graduates struggle to bridge the gap between what they learn in class and what the job market expects. LPU says these new programs are designed to close that gap by mixing regular coursework with practical, industry-facing experiences including internships, hackathons, live projects, and even opportunities to study abroad.

Programs Overview

The BBA programs are structured around business areas that are currently expanding like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cargo, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics and Financial Markets

The new BCom courses at LPU offers a few specialized tracks like BCom in FinTech and AI in partnership with Paytm, BCom in Management Accounting and International Finance integrated with the US-CMA certification and BCom in International Accounting integrated with the UK-ACCA certification.

Students will get practical exposure through live business projects, stock market simulations, entrepreneurship exercises, and dropshipping projects preparing them for roles in tech-driven businesses, consulting, finance, marketing, logistics, and corporate roles.
