BSEB Releases Notice for Schools to Collect Certificates from DEO Office

Bihar Board Class 10, 12 Exam 2025: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued a notice regarding the distribution of original certificates for the Bihar Board Annual Secondary Examination 2025. As per the notice, the schools have been asked to collect original certificates from the office of the District Education Officer (DEO) from September 17, 2025. Further, they must distribute the Bihar Board original certificates to the students soon.

As per BSEB, all original certificates have already been sent to the DEO offices. The school principals are requested to collect them immediately for distribution to the students. The board has stated that the schools should not delay in collecting and distributing the original certificates, as these are important documents for the students.

Verification of Certificates Mandatory Before Distribution

School heads must verify all the certificates as per the school records before distributing them to students. In case of the following photo-related issues: Wrong photo (i.e., someone else’s image), Missing photo or Blurred/unclear photo, the certificate must not be distributed. Such documents must be returned to the board’s committee office by October 3, 2025, along with a forwarding letter and supporting evidence.

Also, if any school finds that some or all student certificates are missing, they must:

• Inform the District Education Officer.
• Inform the school-wise committee within two days.
