BSEB asks SC/ST and minority residential schools to update Class 11 admission details on OFSS portal by August 11, 2025; no extension to be given.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued a notification directing all inter-level minority education institutions and SC/ST residential schools under the state government's Welfare and Minority Welfare Departments to update details of students admitted to Class 11 for the 2025โ27 session on the OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) portal. The last date for uploading student data is August 11, 2025.
The BSEB circular clarifies that principals or nodal officers of government-run 10+2 residential schools must ensure that all details related to admitted students are updated on the OFSS portal using their user ID and password. The uploading window is open from August 5 to August 11, 2025.
This process applies to all residential educational institutions offering intermediate-level courses under:
Bihar Government's SC/ST Welfare Department
Minority Welfare Department
The board stated that schools should access the OFSS portal via https://ofssbihar.in/ofssportal and upload the information under the designated โUpdate Admission Detailsโ section.
Additionally, the board highlighted that only students who have been assigned a Unique ID generated through the ID generator link on the OFSS portal will be considered valid for enrollment. Schools must complete the full data entry process and take a printout for their records.
The BSEB has warned that no extension will be provided beyond August 11, and failure to upload the data within the deadline will be considered non-compliance. For any technical support, institutions can contact the OFSS helpdesk at 0612-2230009.
