CBSE 10th Second Board Exam 2026: Central Board of Secondary Education has started class 10 Second Board Examination 2026 from today. Students who wish to improve their marks or appear for compartment papers are appearing for CBSE 2nd board exam 2026, being conducted at centres across country. According to board, over 6.68 lakh applications have been received for CBSE second board exam 2026.
A majority of students have registered to improve their scores obtained in main exam conducted earlier this year. CBSE second board examination allows students another opportunity within same academic year. The board has issued important guidelines regarding reporting time, documents to carry, dress code and exam day conduct.

Important Instructions for Students Appearing for CBSE 10th Second Board Exam 2026
CBSE has asked students to follow all exam day guidelines to avoid any inconvenience at examination centre.

Students should reach exam centre before reporting time mentioned on admit card. Late entry will not be allowed after gate closing time.

Without the admit card, students will not be permitted to enter exam hall
