Over 1.6 lakh students applied for CBSE 12th revaluation. The board received requests for 3.8 lakh answer sheets. Maximum requests have been received for Physics answer sheets. The board will examine the copies received for revaluation. The result will be declared soon. CBSE Class 12 compartment exam 2026 will be conducted on July 15.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) closed the CBSE 12th revaluation window on June 7. The portal was opened on June 2. According to the data shared by the board, over 1.6 lakh students applied for revaluation. The board received requests for 3.8 lakh answer books. The revaluation portal was closely monitored and managed by government technical agencies and teams from IITs. The board will examine the copies received for revaluation. The result will be declared soon. CBSE Class 12 compartment exam 2026 will be conducted on July 15.

CBSE Clarifies on ‘Roll Number Not Found’ Message

CBSE, through a tweet, clarified the issue regarding ‘Roll Number Not found’. The Board said, “To clarify doubts of some of the students and parents, it is informed that the message ‘Roll Number Not Found’ is displayed when a candidate has not successfully applied during the first phase of the Post-Result Services process, namely the Answer Books Photocopy Application Window. As clearly mentioned earlier, only those candidates who had applied for their scanned answer books were eligible to avail the subsequent stage of Verification of Issues Observed and Re-evaluation of Answers.”
