CBSE Board Exam Physics Analysis

CBSE Class 12 Exam Analysis 2026: Central Board of Secondary Education has successfully concluded the Class 12 Physics theory exam today, February 20, 2026. The examination was held between 10:30 PM to 1:30 PM for 70 marks. As per the students' reactions, the CBSE class 12 physics paper 2026 difficulty level was well-balanced but tested students' conceptual understanding. Meanwhile, a few students also reported that they faced difficulty in time management during the exam.

The overall difficulty of the 2026 Physics paper was moderate. While the majority of questions were from the NCERT syllabus. There were application-based numericals that required multi-step calculations. The calculation made the paper a little tricky but doable. A few students said that they reached the exam centre right before the gate closing time.

Students' Reaction on CBSE 12th Physics Paper 2026

The students’ review on CBSE 12th physics paper 2026 was mixed. Few students said the examination was more difficult than the previous year, while some students said that questions were NCERT-based but lengthy. The application-based questions were time-consuming. One student from Noida noted that while the questions were fair but "lengthy." The 5-mark derivations in Section E were time-consuming, reported students from Noida, India.
