Final Reminder! CBSE 12th Revaluation Portal Closing Soon; Parliamentary Committee Seeks Answer from Board

CBSE 12th Revaluation portal will close today at 11.59 pm. Students who have not applied yet should hurry up & apply for revaluation & verification. The Parliamentary committee has asked the board to submit written answers regarding OSM issues. CBSE faced criticism after issuing blank CBSE Class 12 marksheets and mismatched answer scripts. 

CBSE 12th Revaluation Portal Closing Soon

CBSE 12th Revaluation portal will close today at 11.59 pm. Students who are yet to apply for revaluation should hurry up and apply for revaluation and verification. The fee for revaluation is INR 25, while it is INR 100 for verification. Students can apply either or revaluation or verification or both. The process is completely online. CBSE through a tweet has asked students to hurry up and apply for revaluation and verification as the portal is closing soon.

Parliamentary Committee Seeks Answer from Board

Following CBSE On Screen Marking Controversy, the Parliamentary committee has asked the board to submit written answers regarding OSM issues. The board has been given deadline to answer the panel’s questions by June 8. The panel also asked CBSE about the reported changes between the various Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued for the OSM system. They are also asked whether any background checks on COEMPT were conducted before awarding it the contract.

CBSE Retains COEMPT for CBSE 12th Revaluation

Despite many loopholes, CBSE will continue with COEMPT Eduteck for the re-evaluation of Class 12 answer scripts. This means, the OSM portal developed by COEMPT will continue to be used for re-evaluation. The company will also handle scanning work under its existing contract. The Board will take control of shifting of answer sheet data and overall portal control.
