JKBOSE Official Website Migrates to New Domain; Old Portal Replaced by jkbose.jk.gov.in

The old JKBOSE website, i.e. jkbose.nic.in has been migrated to a new domain, i.e. jkbose.jk.gov.in. Students and stakeholders can check all the JKBOSE latest news and updates on the new portal. Read further to know the complete details.  

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the migration of its old website to a new domain. The old JKBOSE official website jkbose.nic.in has officially been migrated to jkbose.jk.gov.in. Students and concerned persons will be able to check JKBOSE news and updates on the new website. Along with the JKBOSE board exam 2026 information, students will also be able to check several other online services, such as re-evaluation applications, requests for photocopies of answer scripts, and the downloading of examination forms will be available on the JKBOSE new website. 

JKBOSE New Website: What Students Must Know 

JKBOSE students including the aspirants of JKBOSE class 10 board exam 2026 and JK board class 12 exam 2026 must keep a regular visit to jkbose.jk.gov.in to get the latest updates and exam related information. Students and parents are advised to bookmark the new website, as the older JK Board official website will no longer provide any updated notifications or results.

JKBOSE Website Shutdown: Students in Limbo

The JKBOSE has issued a public notice highlighting the JKBOSE website is to remain temporarily unavailable for a period of four to five days. The temporary shutdown began on January 19, 2026. The board clarified that the migration is part of a technical advancement designed to meet revised requirements and provide a more secure interface for stakeholders. However, the new JKBOSE website is currently active and students and stakeholders can check the website for all JKBOSE latest news and updates.
