Kerala SSLC Syllabus 2027 Reduced by 25% - Kerala Education Minister V Sivankutty informed that the Kerala SSLC syllabus 2026 will be reduced by 25 per cent from the next academic year. The textbooks published for the year 2027 will reflect the reduced syllabus. The curriculum committee has already approved the decision.

According to Sivankutty, "The syllabus has been decided to be reduced as students frequently complain about the heavy academic workload." He clarified that the textbooks' content would not be altered.

Kerala SSLC Exams 2026

The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan is all set to conduct the Kerala SSLC Exam 2026 from March 5 to 30, 2026. The board will release the Kerala SSLC hall ticket 2026 in February 2026. The Kerala SSLC Practical exams 2026 will also be held in February 2026. Kerala SSLC model exam 2026 will be conducted between Feb 16 and 20, 2026. Students must complete their syllabus and know the exam pattern. This will familiarise them with the marking scheme and the chapters that carry more marks.
