Maharashtra FYJC Admission 2026: Maharashtra School Education and Sports Department has started part 1 and 2 application for Maharashtra FYJC admissions 2026 CAP and quota from today, May 21. Students can apply for Maharashtra FYJC admission 2026 round 1 at mahafyjcadmissions.in. Last date for Maharashtra FYJC admission 2026 round 1 CAP and quota application is May 22 till 5 pm. 

Earlier, Maharashtra board announced that there would be three regular rounds, a fourth 'Open to All' round, and special fifth round for girls. Students have to enter college preferences and they will also be given chances to modify their options during different rounds of FYJC admissions 2026.

Registration of New Students & Part-1 Corrections

May 21 to 22, 2026 (6:00 PM)

Students can complete new registrations, make corrections in Vidya Registration Part-1, and apply online under Management, Institutional, and Minority quotas.

Filling Student Preference Form (Part-2)

May 23 to 26, 2026

Students must select a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 junior colleges. Quota preference applications for Regular Round-1 will also be available. Preference locking is mandatory.

Allotment Process

By May 26, 2026

Junior colleges will be allotted based on student preferences, marks obtained, and applicable reservation criteria.

Display of Allotment List & Cutoff

May 26, 2026

The allotment list and cutoff list will be published on the portal. Students can check allotted colleges through their login and receive updates via SMS.

Quota Merit/Selection List Display

May 26, 2026

Schools will publish in-house, management, and minority quota merit/selection lists in the visible area and school login portal.

Admission Confirmation Process

May 26 to 28, 2026

Students satisfied with their allotment must visit the allotted college for document verification, fee payment, and admission confirmation. Colleges will confirm, reject, or cancel admissions through their login portals.

Vacancy Display

May 29, 2026

Vacant seats after Round-1 admissions will be displayed on the portal.

Quota Admission Process

After May 29, 2026

Schools will contact eligible quota students. Students must visit schools for document verification and admission confirmation under the respective quota categories.

  • Application number and login ID will be displayed and will be sent to registered mobile number

  • Login, check each section, make changes and then save

  • Upload documents

  • Now, pay application fee
