NBSE HSLC, HSSLC Result Date 2025: When and Where to Check
In an official statement, the NBSE confirmed that the HSLC and HSSLC results 2025 will be declared on April 25, 2025, in the afternoon. Students who appeared for the exams will be able to check their results online through various platforms, including the official NBSE website and other popular result portals.

Students can access their NBSE Class 10 and Class 12 results on the following websites:

How to Download NBSE HSLC, HSSLC 2025 Marksheets and Certificates
The NBSE will also provide a facility for students to download their marksheets and other important documents, including migration certificates, from the official website. Additionally, students can access their NBSE marksheets 2025 on the IndiaResults portal and other result platforms. The official NBSE result app will be available for download on the Google Play Store to help students access their results easily via smartphones.
NBSE HSLC, HSSLC Provisional Results and Gazettes
In addition to the online results, the NBSE will release the provisional HSLC and HSSLC results in printed form, along with the gazette. These will be sent to the registered institutions of the board. The gazette will contain the result data for all students, including the final marksheets and pass certificates.
Important Documents and Result Access Timeline
- Result Availability: The provisional results will be available online on April 25, 2025.
- Result Documents: Marksheets and pass certificates will be made available for distribution to Centre Superintendents from May 2 to May 6, 2025.

NBSE HSLC and HSSLC Exam Dates 2025
- HSLC Exam Dates: The NBSE HSLC exams 2025 were conducted from February 12 to 24, 2025, in a single shift for approximately 25,000 students.
- HSSLC Exam Dates: The Nagaland HSSLC exams 2025 were conducted from February 11 to March 7, 2025.
Distribution of Documents by Centre Superintendents
Once the NBSE result gazettes are issued, the Centre Superintendents will collect them and distribute the documents to schools from May 2 to May 6, 2025. In case a Centre Superintendent is unable to collect the documents, they can authorize another Centre Superintendent to pick them up on their behalf.

If any student fails in one or two subjects in NBSE HSLC exams, they will have another option to appear for the compartment exams. Students who are failed in maximum two subjects can apply for NBSE 10th compartment exams which is held in July month. Students can also apply for re-evaluation or re-checking of their answer sheets if they are not satisfied with their marks in the exams.
After passing the NBSE HSLC Exams, the students should thing of pursueing higher secondary education as per their interest. The students should get admisison in any of three streams- Science, Arts, or Commerce. Students should opt the stream in class 11 as per their interest and career goals. The students should get advice from their teachers and parents while opting for a stream.

The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE), Kohima is expected to announce the NBSE 12th result 2026 in April 2026. However, at least a day before result the result, the board will announce an exact NBSE HSSLC result date 2026. Once released, the students can check their result scorecard using their roll number.
