Registrations for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 Begin; more than 3.3 crore students registered for eighth season of Pariksha Per Charcha 2025.

Ministry of Education has started registration for Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026 edition. During this annual interaction students, teachers and parents get chance to engage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on exam-related issues.

PPC is conducted every year around January end or early February just before the commencement of annual Class 10, Class 12 board exams like CBSE, ICSE and state boards. Ministry has announced commencement of its registration process inviting participants to join this year’s nationwide dialogue. Students from Classes 6 to 12, along with parents and teachers can now sign up on its official portal.

Pariksha Pe Charcha brings together students from across country to discuss board exam pressure, preparation methods, classroom challenges and importance of maintaining a positive mindset during exam cycle. This initiative also highlights role of families and schools in creating a supportive environment around students.

Participants selected through official portal will get to attend interactive event with Prime Minister in person and online. Ministry has requested early registration to ensure wider participation ahead of 2026 exam season.

In 2025, more than 3.3 crore students registered for eighth season of Pariksha Per Charcha, which was held on February 10.

Q:   How many students register for the CBSE board exams every year?
A:

Every year, over 35 lakh students appear for the CBSE board examinations. Of this, almost 20 lakh students appear for CBSE 10th exams while nearly 15 lakh students write their CBSE 12th board exams.

Students must complete their CBSE board syllabus and know the exam pattern to perform well. They should solve the CBSE sample papers and practice previous years question papers to get familiar with the exam pattern, marking scheme, the types of questions asked in the exam and more.
