UP Board Compartment Exam 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially commenced the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 improvement and compartment exam 2025 registration. The UPMSP Compartment Exam 2025 application process will be conducted online from May 19 to June 10, 2025, via the board's official website — upmsp.edu.in.

UP Board 10th 12th Compartment Exam 2025: Important Dates

• Application Start Date: May 19, 2025
• Last Date to Apply: June 10, 2025 (till midnight)
• Last Date to Send Documents to Regional Office: June 13, 2025
• Exam dates for written and practical exams will be announced separately.

UP Board Compartment Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria

UP Board Improvement Exam 2025 Class 10 (High School)

• Improvement Exam: Students can apply if they failed in one subject.
• Compartment Exam: Students who failed in two subjects can appear for only one of those subjects.
• Exam Fee: Rs 256.50

UP Board Improvement Exam 2025 Class 12 (Intermediate)

• Compartment Exam:
• Humanities, Science, Commerce: Students can appear for one failed subject.
• Agriculture stream: Only one paper allowed from part-1 or part-2.
• Vocational stream: One trade subject paper allowed.
• Exam Fee: Rs 306

1. Visit the official website: upmsp.edu.in
2. Fill the online application form from May 19 to June 10, 2025
3. Pay the examination fee through challan under the prescribed treasury head
4. Send the original challan and printed application form to the concerned regional office of the Board by registered post by June 13, 2025

UP Board Class 10, 12 Improvement Exam 2025 Guidelines

• Candidates who failed in both written and practical/project parts must appear for both components.
• Candidates who failed only in one part (either written or practical) can choose to appear for only the failed part, or both.

Official Notification

“This is to inform the general public that the online application for the High School Improvement/Compartment and Intermediate Compartment Examinations of the year 2025, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj, will be accepted on the official website of the board upmsp.edu.in from May 19, 2025 to June 10, 2025, midnight (12:00 AM), as in previous years,” the board said in its official notice.
