This year estimates that more than 6 lakh (6,21,931) female and around 5 lakh (4,96,890) male students will sit for WBBSE Class 10 Madhyamik exam. Last year, 5,53,573 female and 4,43,304 male candidates enrolled for the 10th exam.

WBBSE Madhyamik Exams 2022: West Bengal Board (WBBSE) is all set to commence WB Madhyamik, Class 10 exam from today, i.e. March 7. According to PTI, more than 11 lakh (11, 18,821) students will be appearing for WBBSE Class 10 board exams 2022. The Board Exam will be held at 4,194 exam centres across the state following COVID-19 guidelines, including 1,934 in Kolkata, for candidates having fever. The WBBSE Madhyamik exam timing is 12 PM to 3 PM. Additional 15 minutes will be given to students to read question paper. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the West Bengal Madhyamik exam is being conducted in the state after two years. The Board could not conduct WB Madhyamik Board Exams in 2021 and 2020.

This year, the number of registration from female students for the Madhyamik exam has surpassed the registration from their male companions. As compared to last year, overall, there is an estimated increase of 50,000 students in the Madhyamik exam 2022. WBBSE 10th Exams 2022: Internet Services to Remain Shut

In order to avoid paper leaks and untoward activities, the board has decided that the internet services will remain suspended in sensitive areas.

Madhyamik 10th Exam 2022 Exam Day Guidelines To Remember

  • Wb Madhyamik admit cards 2022 is mandatory at the exam centre to appear for the Class 10 board exams.
  • Students are advised to appear at the exam centre 30 minutes before the reporting time.
  • Wearing a face mask, carrying hand sanitizer and following mandatory COVID-19 guidelines at exam centre is a must.
  • More than 25 students will not be permitted in a class to appear for WB Class 10 Exams 2022.
  • Students are not allowed to carry any type of electronic device to the exam hall. Gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic devices, headphones, and any other electronic gadgets are banned inside the exam centre.
  • Before answering the questions, read all the instructions on the question paper and the answer sheet. The question papers will be provided 15 minutes before the start of exam at 11:45 AM.
