IIM Bangalore to host Campus Immersion for BBA Students to Promote Bonding with IIMB Community
The IIMB campus immersion for BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship students will be conducted on May 9 and 10 and will include talks, panel discussions, career planning sessions and interactions with institute leadership.
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will welcome students of the Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship (BBA DBE) programme. The IIMB campus immersion programme will be conducted on May 9 and 10, 2025, at the campus premises. Students across India enrolled on the online undergraduate programme, i.e. BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship, will be able to talk, participate in panel discussions, career planning sessions and interactions with the institute leadership.
The online BBA students will be able to have a comprehensive and enriching experience of living on the IIMB campus. Students will stay at the campus overnight at the hostels to have a glimpse into campus life and the culture of IIM Bangalore's legacy.
The aim of the immersion programme is to collate academic engagement with personal and professional development. The attendees will be introduced to the campus by tour guides with meals at the Management Development Centre (MDC) to interact with their peers. This will foster meaningful connections among students as well as between learners and faculty.
Further, the institute will conduct Career Development Sessions in order to equip students with strategic insights into the current job scenario, personal branding and long-term career planning. The panel discussion will include these sessions, where industry leaders and subject matter experts will participate. The panel discussion will enable students to have a practical perspective on entrepreneurship and digital innovation in a rapidly evolving business environment.
