Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani celebrated Convocation at Goa campus. Total of 968 students from different programmes received their degrees at Goa campus. Across all BITS Pilani campuses including Work Integrated Learning Programs, 17,014 degrees were awarded. This convocation was graced by Prof. Abhay Karandikar, Secretary to Government of India, Department of Science & Technology as Chief Guest, alongside Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao, Vice Chancellor of BITS Pilani.
This year’s graduating cohort reflected BITS Pilani’s strong commitment to inclusivity, with 4,563 women earning degrees across all programmes and campuses, accounting for 26.8% of total graduates. At Goa campus, a record 48 women were awarded PhDs, making up 46.3% of doctoral recipients.

BITS Pilani ME/MTech fee range between INR 2.42 Lacs and INR 10.4 lakh for two years. An additional amount of INR 12,000 will be charged as the semester advance fee, which is payable at the beginning of each semester and is adjustable at the end of the same. Candidates admitted through GATE/ GPAT are eligible for a tuition fee waiver per month over and above the GATE/ GPAT scholarship that they will receive. For BITS Pilani M.Tech course detailed fee structure, candidates are advised to contact the admission department of the institute. The fee amount mentioned here are as per the official website/sanctioning body. They are still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
BTech is the most sought out after course of BITS Pilani. The course-wise placement stats are yet to be released on the offcial website of BITS Pilani. The overall average and median salary offered during BITS Pilani placements 2025 was INR 22.28 LPA and INR 19.05 LPA.
