DU CSAS UG 2026 Spot Round 1 Vacant Seats

DU Admission 2026: University of Delhi has released CSAS UG 2026-27 spot round 1 vacant seat list on its official admission portal. CSAS UG vacant seat list is available on DU admission website admission.uod.ac.in.  Eligible candidates can opt for Spot Admission through their dashboards and apply for available programme-college combinations. Last date to apply for DU CSAS UG Spot Round 1 is August 24, 2026, up to 11:59 pm. As per vacant seat list, a total of 13,433 seats are available across 67 DU colleges for Spot Round 1. The category-wise distribution of vacant seats is as follows

DU has clarified that vacant seats shown in the list were calculated as of August 23, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The actual number of vacant seats may change because of reconciliation, withdrawals, cancellations and grievance redressal. The university has also stated that withdrawals will remain suspended during the Spot Round.

DU CSAS UG 2026 Spot Round 1: Who Can Apply?

Only candidates who meet eligibility conditions specified by DU can participate in Spot Round 1. Candidates must be registered under CSAS UG 2026 and should not have held an admission on or after August 22, 2026. Those willing to get spot admission must select 'Spot Admission' option through their CSAS dashboard. They can choose only those programme and college combinations where seats are available for their respective category.

  • Download PDF for future reference

No Upgrade or Withdrawal Option in DU Spot Round 2026

Candidates should carefully select their preferences before participating in the spot round. Admission to the seat allotted under Spot Round 1 will be mandatory if the candidate accepts the allocation. DU has clarified that THEY will not be allowed to upgrade or withdraw after a seat is allocated under the spot admission process. Those who fail to accept the allotted seat will also lose their eligibility for future DU admissions.

The Total CUET subjects marks can vary depending on the number of subjects chosen by candidates.

  • If three CUET subjects chosen: 750 total marks
  • If four CUET subjects chosen: 1000 total marks
  • If five CUET subjects chosen: 1250 total marks
