IGNOU Project Submission 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University has launched Online Project Management System (OPMS) for submission of project reports, dissertations, internship reports, fieldwork reports, practicum work and other related assignments for IGNOU Term-End Examination (TEE) December 2026. Eligible learners enrolled in IGNOU Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programmes can submit their reports through official portal.

As per university’s notification, last date to submit project and dissertation reports online is November 30, 2026. Learners are advised to complete submission process well before deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues or inconvenience.

Who Needs to Submit IGNOU Dec TEE 2026 Reports Online?

Online submission facility is available to eligible learners enrolled in IGNOU’s ODL and online programmes who are required to submit project reports, dissertations, internship work, fieldwork reports, practicum work or other prescribed reports for December 2026 TEE. They must log in to their IGNOU Samarth accounts and upload their complete as per university’s guidelines and instructions.

Who Does Not Need to Upload Reports Again?

IGNOU has clarified that learners who have already submitted hard copies of their reports to their respective Regional Centres or the Student Evaluation Division (SED) at university’s headquarters in New Delhi are not required to upload the soft copies again through the OPMS portal. Other eligible learners should read detailed submission guidelines before uploading their reports to ensure that all requirements are met.

Learners should ensure that their reports are complete and comply with university’s submission requirements before uploading them. They are also advised to review detailed instructions available through university’s designated submission facility.
