IIT Madras Pravartak, SWAYAM Plus Launch Multi-Cloud Programme; Check Course Details
IIT Madras Pravartak and SWAYAM Plus have launched a 100-hour multi-cloud programme covering AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and cybersecurity through live online and campus-based learning.
IIT Madras Updates: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, in collaboration with SWAYAM Plus has introduced a new Multi-Cloud Foundation with Security programme. The course aims to provide practical training in cloud computing and cybersecurity to students, graduates and working professionals.
This programme will combine basic theory with practical learning. Participants will learn how cloud services work across the three major cloud platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The course will also include separate training in cloud security, giving learners practical exposure to important cybersecurity tools and practices.
100-Hour Course With Live Online Classes
This 100-hour programme will be delivered through live online classes, allowing participants to interact with faculty and learn through practical sessions. The programme will also include an immersive learning component at the IIT Madras campus. Since the course includes campus-based learning, the batch size will be limited.
IIT Madras Multi-Cloud Programme Applications to Begin on September 10
Applications for first batch are scheduled to open on September 10. Also, last date to apply is September 9, as stated in programme announcement. Registration will be conducted online through SWAYAM Plus platform at swayamplus.education.gov.in. The programme is open to students, graduates, working professionals and those planning a career in technology and cloud computing. They are advised to have basic knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as CPU, memory, networking and TCP/IP.
