RGPV MTech Institute-Level Counselling 2026: Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya has announced institute-level counselling for admission to MTech first-year course. The counselling is being conducted for available vacancies in RGPV MTech Data Science programme. As per vacancy details released, a total of seven seats are available for institute-level counselling. RGPV MTech vacant seats in reserved categories will be converted as per applicable rules if eligible candidates from those categories do not appear for counselling.

RGPV Counselling and Reporting Time

Candidates willing to get admission must complete separate registration for course through MP Online as per instructions available on Directorate of Technical Education website. After registration, candidates must report for institute-level counselling at School of Information Technology (SOIT), RGPV between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Only those who report as per specified time will be considered for admission to available seats.

RGPV MTech Vacancies May Increase

The number of vacant seats may increase if candidates who have already obtained admission cancel their seats. Any additional vacancies arising during RGPV counselling process will be included as per applicable admission rules. Documents Required for RGPV MTech Counselling 2026 

Candidates must appear in person for counselling and carry original documents along with one photocopy of each. The required documents are

• Counselling-level registration receipt

• Class 10 mark sheet

• Class 12 mark sheet

• Graduation mark sheet

• Original residence/domicile proof

• Candidate/guardian declaration

• Copy of online registration

• Caste certificate, if applicable

• Income certificate, if applicable

• Original transfer certificate

• Original character certificate

• Two recent photographs

RGPV MTech Admission and Fee Refund Rules

Admission to available seats will be carried out as per rules given by Government and Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh. In case a candidate cancels their admission, refund of deposited fee will be processed as per admission cancellation rules.
