NTA NIFT 2026 City Intimation Slip Delayed; Candidates Panic Over Travel Plans

NTA has not released NIFT 2026 city intimation slip yet, causing anxiety among candidates over travel and accommodation plans before February 8 exam.
Students who will be appearing for NIFT Entrance Examination on Feb 8 are worried as National Testing Agency has not released city intimation slip. This has left many aspirants uncertain about their travel and accommodation plans.
NIFT 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on February 8, 2026 and city intimation slip is an important document that helps candidates about city where their examination centre is located.
Why Delay Is Causing Concern
City intimation slip is normally released around 8 to 10 days before exam, followed by admit card a few days later. However, with less than two weeks left for exam, slip has not yet been released causing panic among candidates.

- Regularly check official NTA NIFT website for updates.
- Keep login credentials ready.
- Avoid non-refundable travel bookings.
NIFT 2026 application process ended earlier this month. Its registration window closed on January 16, candidates were allowed to submit applications with a late fee until January 19, 2026.
