SEED B.Des 2027 Application Opening Shortly @sid.edu.in; Check Details

The Application window for SEED 2027 is expected to open any time soon. All candidates who wish to take admission at Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID), Pune, must keep their documents ready. Read on to know more.

Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) will soon open the Application process for the SEED 2027 B.Des Entrance Exam. The official website of SID has intimated that SEED 2027 Application will be out soon. However, it has not released any date from which the application process will start. SEED B.Des 2027 Application will open at sid.edu.in. The application fee will be around Rs. 3250/-. The application was expected to start in the second week of September 2026. Last year, it started on August 01, 2026. Candidates must read the eligibility criteria for B.Des before applying for the programme.

 SEED Eligibility Criteria 2027 for B.Des

• Cleared Class 12 (from any stream, e.g., Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.) or equivalent (Or)
• Cleared 10+3 diploma approved by State Board of Technical Education with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes).
• Aspirants who are appearing for their final exams in the 10+2 or 10+3 diploma programs exam pattern also meet the SEED 2027 eligibility criteria on the condition that their final exam results are declared by June of the admission year.
• Note: Any candidate who fails in his/her Class 12 examination but later appears for and clears the immediate compartmental examination, which is held in the same year, in their first attempt, is eligible for provisional admission at SID.
