AICTE & CTE to train students in AI, ML & Cybersecurity

The pilot TECHNOVATE Hub will be launched at the AICTE Indovation Center in Jaipur with plans for further expansion

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Consortium for Technical Education (CTE) have partnered to address the urgent need for advanced skills in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cybersecurity.

With this collaboration, the establishment of TECHNOVATE Hubs within AICTE’s Indovation Centres will connect Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in higher education institutions using a hub-and-spoke model. CoEs will play important role in empowering colleges including those in rural and suburban areas with access to top-tier IT resources, knowledge sharing and mentorship.

The pilot TECHNOVATE Hub will be launched at the AICTE Indovation Center in Jaipur with plans for further expansion and it will deliver a series of training programs offering hands-on capacity building, advanced technical training and exposure to global standards for educators and learners.

Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), faculty, start-ups, and student innovators will benefit from CTE’s pro-bono support, which leverages both international and domestic experts to provide mentorship, incubation, and guidance in developing prototypes and protecting intellectual property within the Industry 4.0 domain.
