• Visit allocated college campus in person with all original academic and personal certificates.

• Pay required tuition or university processing fees online or via the designated bank challan before visiting the college.

Candidates must carry following documents along with two sets of photocopies to allotted institute:

• AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket

• Phase 1 Allotment Order and Downloaded Joining Report

• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or Equivalent Memo)

• Intermediate or Equivalent Mark Sheet

• Study Certificates (Class 6 to Intermediate)

• Integrated Community Certificate (if applicable)

• Income Certificate or Rice Card (for fee reimbursement eligible candidates)

• Transfer Certificate (TC)

Options for Round 2 and Upgradation

Candidates unsatisfied with Phase 1 allocation or wish to try for a better college still have options during next counselling stage.

• Candidates can accept current seat via self-reporting while opting to participate in Phase 2 for a higher preference branch or college.

• Experts recommend completing Phase 1 reporting process even if they plan to upgrade. If you do not get a seat in Round 2, your Round 1 seat remains safe.
