AP EAMCET Final Phase Seat Allotment Delayed Due to Court Order; Revised Dates Soon
AP EAMCET Final Phase Seat Allotment has been delayed due to a High Court judgment. The revised AP EAMCET Seat Allotment Date will be announced soon. Consequently, the processes of self-reporting and college admission have also been postponed. Meanwhile, some students have approached the court to challenge their non-local status.
AP EAMCET Counselling 2025 Seat Allotment: The Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, has postponed the AP EAMCET 2025 final phase seat allotment, which was originally scheduled for August 4, 2025, following an order from the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The revised release date for the results will be announced later, based on the courtโs directions. The delay comes in response to several petitions filed by candidates who studied Class 12 outside Andhra Pradesh but claim domicile status in the state. These petitioners argue that although they completed Classes 1 to 10 in Andhra Pradesh and hold permanent residency documents such as Aadhaar, they are being classified as non-locals because their intermediate education was pursued elsewhere.
